The company Lovely Istria d.o.o. manages its users' and clients' personal information properly and responsibly. We collect and process, according to law, exclusively the information necessary for fulfilling our obligations.

What information do we collect?

When the visitors of web page www.lovelyistria.com (potential guests) set a query or make a reservation for renting a vacation house (villa), we collect only the basic data required for the reservation or the requested offer. The information is as follows: name, e-mail address, telephone number and payment details.

The company Lovely Istria d.o.o. also collects the information from the renters (the owners of villas). During conclusion of the contract with the renters, Lovely Istria d.o.o. usually collects the data that are tightly connected to the contractual obligation and information for issuing invoices required by law such as: name, residence address, personal identification number, e-mail address, telephone number, giro account number and the copy of the object's categorization.

Lovely Istria d.o.o. releases your personal information to the owners of vacation houses and the guests for purpose of your reservation in order for the guests to know whom to contact and how to arrive to the reserved object and also for the owners of the houses to know which guests arrive and how to contact them in order to handover the reserved object.

Personal information retention period

Lovely Istria d.o.o. will keep your information as long as it's necessary for the purpose of which the information was collected. Your information will be deleted the moment they are no longer necessary.
