Who is behind Lovely Istria

We are a group of property owners in green inland Istria and along the coast, and we are much more than that: we are best friends. We had a dream and a shared goal: to make our holiday homes available to guests, to the highest standards of modern tourism. So in 2015 we founded a villa rental agency in Pula. At first we offered only our own villas, but soon other owners who recognised our dedication joined us.

How it all started

We inherited land and old Istrian houses from our ancestors, and we did not want them to share the fate of the many neglected estates of inland Istria. With a little effort and a lot of love we renovated them to modern standards. The result delighted us: the houses regained their old glow and gained a new, luxurious one.

Villas we know ourselves

Today we offer more than a hundred villas in Green and Blue Istria. Each one has been visited and checked on site by an agency representative, so you can count on getting real value for your money.

In numbers

Our booking records, kept since 2017, show more than 2,000 stays, over 18,000 nights and more than 12,000 guests who spent their holiday in our villas.
