Villa Patrick is an estate in a village named Pilati. It's large enough to accommodate ten guests. This house was built in the second half of 19th century and ensures full privacy to its visitors. It's newly renovated, but many traditional elements were kept. The original segments display a charm of old times, but Villa Patrick is contemporarily interpreted by using several discreet details. Stone walls, wooden beams and marble floors produce a dose of elegance in relaxing earth tones. Interesting choice of furniture such as a beautiful and large kitchen spreads throughout the whole ambience and gives a striking general impression. Lots of sun that lights the entire inner space of this villa erases the border between the interior and the exterior. Speaking of which, the garden is a perfect relaxing spot. It has a pool with deck chairs which will serve its purpose for stress reduction; it has a gazebo with a table and benches next to the outside fireplace for fun and socializing.  There are also some fun contents such as slide and trampoline that will give excitement to the youngest and some serenity to their parents.  Villa Patrick has all of the facilities thanks to which you won't even need to leave the property. Only a few kilometers away you will find a few bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The village Pilati is surrounded by woods and meadows where you can enjoy taking long walks and riding bikes. If you still decide to explore the broader area, the position of the Villa is great because it's placed in the heart of Istria and every place on the Peninsula is only a half hour drive away.
