About this villa
A renovated semi-detached 19th-century house with a private pool, garden and barbecue in Pilati near Pazin. Four bedrooms, up to ten guests. This old semi-detached house from the second half of the 19th century offers its guests complete privacy. It has recently been renovated, yet traditional elements are still present. These preserved original features give the old days a touch of charm. There is plenty of stone and wooden beams, and marble floors add to the elegance, all in relaxing earthy tones. Although centuries old, Villa Patrick has been interpreted in a contemporary way, using unobtrusive details. An interesting choice of furniture, such as the lovely, spacious kitchen, runs through the whole setting and gives an impressive overall impression. The abundance of sunlight that fills the entire interior of Villa Patrick blurs the boundary between indoors and outdoors. And speaking of the outdoors, it is a perfect place to relax. There is a garden and the indispensable pool with sun loungers, a place to leave your stress behind, and a gazebo with a table and benches next to an outdoor fireplace, ideal for socialising around the barbecue. There are also fun extras (a slide, a trampoline...) that bring joy to the young and peace of mind to their parents. The house is spacious enough to accommodate ten guests and has every amenity you need, so you will have no reason to leave the property. Pilati is a rural village just outside the town of Pazin in the centre of Istria, surrounded by forests and meadows ideal for walking and cycling. And if you decide to explore the wider area, the villa's position in the very heart of Istria is excellent, as almost every place in Istria is just half an hour's drive away.

Beautiful holiday!

Uneingeschränkt Empfehlenswert!!
Von Ankunft bis Abreise war in dieser Villa alles perfekt. Wir waren 7 Personen, jedoch wäre auch Platz genug für 10 Personen - bis ins kleinste Detail ist hier an alles gedacht worden - von genügend Geschirr und allen möglichen Küchenutensilien, über Anzündholz für den Grill, Handtücher, Müllsäcke, Toilettenpapier war wirklich alles Vorhanden was gebraucht wird. Auch Parkplätze für unsere 3 Autos waren direkt neben dem Haus vorhanden. Die Villa und der Außenbereich sind tatsächlich noch schöner als auf den Fotos bereits zu sehen ist. Aber nicht nur die tolle Architektur dieses Hauses hat uns begeistert, (durch Steinmauern perfekt klimatisiert im Sommer & jeder Raum sowie Flur verfügt über Klimaanlage) auch die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und engagiert. Aufgrund des Reiseverkehrs sind wir um 3 Uhr nachts gefahren - die Gastgeber sind dann um diese Uhrzeit in die Villa zur Abnahme gekommen - alles total unkompliziert. Man kann von dieser Unterkunft nur das Beste berichten! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
