Villa Gloria is a modern vacation house situated in an idyllic Istrian village surrounded by greenery. In a small, idyllic Istrian place you will find the villa with pool Villa Gloria. It's surrounded by peace and quiet. The house is newly built, subtly and nicely furnished and suitable for comfortably accommodating six people. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and a large open-space living room connected to the dining room and kitchen, all with lots of light thanks to the large windows. The house has a well-matched courtyard with a sunny pool with sun decks and other outdoor relaxing furniture. You can also use the summer kitchen and for the moments of kids' fun, there is a trampoline. Although the building style of this vacation house in Istria is modern, it's wonderfully fit into the existing ambiance – an Istrian village surrounded by greenery with many paths for strolling through nature. Some of the properties don’t allow youth groups. If you are booking an accommodation facility as a group of young individuals, contact our agency before making the reservation in order to check whether the requested property allows your stay.

Location
The village Šarići is a small place in the area of Marčana County and it's wonderfully situated. It's not far from the beach in Duga uvala, the airport in Valtura, nor from the largest Istrian city Pula (all in a range of a 15-minute drive). Still, it is in a secluded area of southern Istria with lots of greenery and paths for walking and enjoying the indigenous nature. Since the place is less than a short drive away from Pula, all of the urban requirements are within reach – shops, malls, banks, exchange and post offices, historical landmarks, restaurants, bars and other places of entertainment. Shops, ATM machines and taverns can also be found in closer towns such as Prodol, Marčana and Vodnjan.

Wunderschöne Villa
Die Villa Gloria ist ein super Ferienhaus, die Realität übertrifft die Fotos, alles ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail Modern eingerichtet, die Ausstattung läßt nicht vermissen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Wir haben die 2 Wochen in dem Haus sehr genossen. Das Haus ist absolut zu empfehlen.

geschmackvoll und sehr sauber
Wir haben die Villa für 2 Wochen im September gebucht. Die Villa ist nagelneu und in einem top Zustand. Lage sehr ruhig ohne jeglichen Lärm. Da das Nachbarhaus leer ist, kann man sich völlig frei bewegen. Ideal für alle, die nicht nur am Meer liegen wollen, sondern sich auch die Umgebung anschauen wollen und ein wenig das Dorfleben erleben wollen. Ideal auch als Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren.
