About this villa
Istrian villa with pool with a fresh makeover conveniently located in rural Istria, modernly equipped with respect of traditional architecture. Villa Ive is an old Istrian house that recently had a fresh make over. It's conveniently located – although it's placed in the rural part of Istria, it's only 10-15 minutes drive away from the sea, airport and the largest city of the peninsula – Pula. Air of history of this house is reflected both in the outer and inner area of the property thanks to the details such as wooden ceiling beams and earthly tones. This is nicely in tune with all of the house's modern appliances and facilities. In the garden part we find the same situation – the modern is gained with the pool, sun decks and children's playground, and the walls partly covered with stone, a dry stone „kažun“ (a small building that was used as a shelter in case of rain) as a symbol of rural Istria and a covered summer kitchen with an outdoor fireplace evoke some bygone times. The detached and fully fenced Villa Ive has five bedrooms for comfortable lodging of twelve individuals.

Location
Orbanići is a village placed near the Istrian medieval town Vodnjan and presents one of the approximately twenty settlements belonging to the Municipality of Marčana. Due to its geographic position, this is a good place to rest and relax in the country, but it's also very close to the largest Istrian city Pula and its airport. The surrounding area has several taverns with original local food and drinks, the nature is very well preserved and the seaside is not too far away, so great beaches can be found in Duga Uvala, Fažana and Pula not even twenty kilometers away.
