One bedroom is also located on this level, adapted for guests with reduced mobility, featuring an en-suite bathroom, TV, and easy access to all main areas. The outdoor area is designed for complete enjoyment. A large terrace with sun loungers and a comfortable lounge set invites relaxation, while the covered outdoor dining area with a large table is perfect for shared meals. For children, there is an outdoor playground with a swing and slide, while the game room offers table football and darts. On the upper floor, there are three additional bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and TV, designed in a modern and elegant style.
