The villa features four elegantly designed bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and a TV, offering plenty of space with 8 comfortable beds and 2 extra beds. The spacious living room provides entertainment options, including SAT TV, a DVD player, and a game console, while the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances like a wine fridge, ice maker, and outdoor BBQ areas, caters to all culinary needs. The 72 m2 private pool with hydromassage, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, is perfect for relaxation, and the villa’s wellness amenities, including a Jacuzzi and gym, ensure a rejuvenating stay. Location
A little place that counts less than two hundred inhabitants is situated in the wider area of the medieval inner Istrian town Svetvinčenat. Butkovići provides its visitors with a possibility of enjoying the istrian nature far from the summer tourist crowds, yet it's still only around thirty kilometres away from the sea and the closest beaches in Rovinj. Since this village is placed so close to several cities with numerous historical and cultural landmarks, they're worth visiting. The closest one is Svetvinčenat with an amazing castle Morisini Grimani, then there is the forementioned Rovinj with an interesting coastal „postcard“ architecture, Poreč with Euphrasian Basilica under UNESCO protection, and last – but not least – Pula, the largest Istrian city with the magnificant Roman amphitheatre Arena, as well as the other greatly preserved ancient monuments.
