This modern villa with a pool offers perfect accommodation for families or groups of up to eight people, with three spacious bedrooms, three en-suite bathrooms, and an additional pull-out sofa. The ground floor features an elegant living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, as well as an additional WC. One of the ground floor bedrooms has its own bathroom and direct access to the terrace with a pool, perfect for sunbathing. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The large terrace offers stunning views of the sea and the Brijuni Archipelago, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunsets. The outdoor area of the villa includes a pool, a barbecue area, and a sun deck, ideal for relaxation and socializing. Villa Sunset in Galižana provides everything you need for an unforgettable vacation in Istria – modern comfort, privacy, proximity to the beaches, and beautiful views of the sea and Brijuni Islands.   Pool heating with heat pump on request in April, May, September and October - Extra charge €200,00 per week - weather related temperature. Pets are welcome with an additional fee of 70 EUR per pet per week – a maximum of 2 pets.   Some of the properties don’t allow youth groups.
