Located in the heart of the small town of Vodnjan, it will offer you the Mediterranean scents of lavender and a gorgeous view of the church of St. Blaž, known for its relics. It is near restaurants and city beaches. There is a covered summer kitchen, a grill, and a fireplace in a constant shade. The house is completely fenced and offers you a private heated pool with a unique view and a fenced summer terrace, where you will be happy to welcome your morning coffee. The earthy tones of the house provide warmth and a rustic touch. It has three bedrooms and three fully equipped bathrooms and is suitable for children and pets. Once you feel the comfort and charm of this house, you will surely come back. Pool heating with heat pump on request in April, May, September and October - Extra charge €200,00 per week - weather related temperature. Grupe mladih nisu dozvoljene.

Beautiful house - relaxed stay
Located on the edge of the village and close to the church (tower is 62 metres high), we enjoyed the hospitality of Zena, Massimo and Erik. By the way, the bells of the church only ring for a short time. We were the first tenants of the new house. If we had any questions, they were answered immediately. The house is very tastefully furnished and lacks nothing. We especially appreciated the washing machine and the fully equipped kitchen. The covered seating area in front of the living room makes it easy to relax in the early morning or in the evening. We also enjoyed the swimming pool in this very warm summer. The outdoor kitchen, which is located at the other end of the long property, was very much appreciated. It also has dishes, so you don''t have to carry everything from the house. There is also a pool table and an electronic dart board. We enjoyed our stay very much and can highly recommend the house and the friendly hosts.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would
The beautiful property and location are pale compared to the hospitality, kindness, generosity of Massimo and his wife! We were in tears leaving as we didnt want to leave the warmth of his presence. We could not imagine stay anywhere else. The house is only 10 - 20mins drive to the beach fronts (pula, Fazana) where are too busy for a relaxed holiday. Walking around the empty village, visiting local shops; last and foremost, enjoying the tranquility of the house that Massimo and his wife poured their love and labour into. We will be early next year in booking a longer stay because once people experience it, it will be fully booked very quickly. Cannot wait to come back! Thank you Massimo, Zena and Erik!

Lovely Holiday Home
We have been to Istria several times and this has been the most beautiful house we ever stayed. The house is very lovely and has a warm atmosphere. Everything is selected with a lot of attention to detail.It is fully equipped and we didn''t miss anything. We had a very relaxing vacation. Many many thanks to Massimo and his family who have been very friendly hosts.
