This charming stone villa for up to 6 guests combines rustic character with modern comfort. It offers 100 m2 of interior space and 500 m2 of outdoor area with a private heated pool (32 m2), jacuzzi, and comfortable sun loungers. The covered terrace with a barbecue is ideal for outdoor dining while enjoying the view of unspoiled nature. Inside, the villa is decorated in a warm Istrian style with a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a separate entrance and private bathroom, perfect for guests seeking extra privacy. Villa Ana Rita is located just 7 km from the Lim Fjord and 18 km from Rovinj. Nearby, guests can find excellent restaurants, traditional agrotourisms, and historical sites such as the medieval ruins of Dvigrad. Some of the properties don’t allow youth groups.
