The spacious estate of 7000 m2 offers a children's playground, a terrace with an outdoor dining area and barbecue, and a private pool where you can relax and enjoy sunny days. The villa is air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi internet access and private parking for 3 cars. Located in the interior of the beautiful Istrian peninsula, Villa Anima allows you to explore the rich cultural heritage and natural beauty of Istria. The Pazin Cave and Pazin Castle, landmarks that inspired the French writer Jules Verne in his novel "Mathias Sandorf," are just a few minutes' drive from the villa, making Villa Anima a perfect starting point for discovering the magical world of Istria. Location
Pazin is a millennial town surrounded by hills and today’s administrative center of Istria. The most attractive monument you will find here is a thousand year old feudal Castle built above the Pazin Pit, a spectacular natural phenomenon. This was the place that inspired lots of great authors, including the famous Jules Verne. Although not a very large city, Pazin has all of the urban contents such as the hospital, post office, banks, cinema etc. The sea with the nearest beach is around a half hour drive away from Pazin, just like almost everything else in Istria (airport, ferry, national park Brijuni with golf courses…), because Pazin is situated in the middle of the Peninsula.
