Location
Kringa is situated in inner Istria, where you can enjoy the country peace and serenity while still being close to urban centres. The nearest city is a world- famous UNESCO site Poreč with wonderful nature, appealing seaside and attractive monuments (the Euphrasian Basilica, remains of the antiquity, Romanesque and Gothic palaces). But there are picturesque towns worth visiting that are very close to this Villa, such as Tinjan famous for a splendid prosciutto or Kringa with its legends from the Old Slavic mythology. You can also admire the old monastery in Sveti Petar u Šumi built over five hundred years ago, with a mixture of styles unique in Europe. Besides the cultural and natural lures, Green Istria offers nice places for gastronomy enthusiasts, such as taverns or private cellars open to visitors on the Wine and Olive Oil Roads.

Villa Jkob
Die Luxusvilla im kleinen und wunderschönen Ort Gregi bieten einem wirklich alles, was man sich in seinem Urlaub wünscht. Die Ausstattung ist von hoher Qualität: Großer & sauberer Pool, Whirlpool, Sauna, große Küche mit allen notwendigen Küchenequipment, praktische Bäder und einen wunderschönen Außenbereich/Garten. Der Einrichtungsstil ist sehr geschmackvoll. Die Villa liegt etwas abseits von den Touristen Orten, daher ist es angenehm ruhig und man kommt in den Genuss der Natur. Zum Strand ist es unweit entfernt und bekannte Orte wie Rovinj und Porec sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Für Gruppen- oder Familienreisen ist die Villa super geeignet, da man viel Platz hat. Gerne kommen wir wieder!
