The Villa Spacious and beautifully designed, Villa Birelia has been created to provide a bright and airy atmosphere with a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. On the ground floor, you'll find an elegant living room connected to the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Large glass walls flood the interior with natural light and open directly onto the covered terrace and swimming pool. The minimalist design, natural materials, and carefully selected details create a warm and welcoming atmosphere where guests can truly feel at home. Bedrooms and Layout The upper floor features comfortable bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and television. One bathroom is equipped with a freestanding bathtub, while the others feature modern walk-in showers. Every bedroom is decorated in elegant neutral tones, creating a peaceful setting for a restful night's sleep after a day spent by the pool or at the beach. Outdoor Area The outdoor area of Villa Birelia has been designed for complete relaxation and outdoor living. The private saltwater swimming pool is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, while the covered terrace with an outdoor dining area and barbecue is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, shared meals, or relaxing evenings with family and friends. Additional Information The villa offers Wi-Fi, private parking, air conditioning, a washing machine, and a dishwasher, providing everything needed for a comfortable and carefree stay. Pool heating with a heat pump is available on request during April, May, September, and October for an additional charge of EUR 210.00 per week, depending on weather conditions. A final cleaning fee of EUR 150.00 is charged separately and is not included in the rental price. The house is not suitable for groups of guests under the age of 25. Bookings made by groups consisting exclusively of men or exclusively of women are not accepted.
