Four bedrooms with private bathrooms offer comfortable accommodation. Two spacious and elegantly furnished bedrooms are located on the first floor, along with a spacious loggia that provides a beautiful sea view. On the ground floor, there are a living room, dining room, and kitchen, as well as two additional bedrooms with private bathrooms. At first glance, the attention to detail invested in decorating this villa is noticeable. Colors and fabrics are perfectly coordinated, creating a peaceful and elegant atmosphere. The outdoor space includes a spacious, covered terrace and a private pool measuring 33 square meters with a counter-current swimming system, ensuring entertainment for all generations. If you want to taste regional delicacies and try out your culinary skills, there is a barbecue with a work surface and sink in the garden. Another special feature of this villa is the electric vehicle charging station that you can use for free. The property is fully fenced and has two parking spaces.
