About this villa
Beautiful villa surrounded by green areas and only 2 km from the sea. This beautiful holiday home is located in the village of Vintijan, just a few kilometers from the most beautiful coastal villages in southern Istria. It can accommodate up to eight people and is also suitable for families. It has three bedrooms with own bathrooms, a living room with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful modern furniture and decorative elements give the room a dose of romance and warmth. On the outside you will find a barbecue, lounge chairs and a swimming pool which gives a fresh feeling of the deep sea. There is also a parking lot for three cars and two bicycles, which allows you to quickly reach the most popular beaches of Pula, Medulin, Cape Kamenjak and so on. Some of the properties don’t allow youth groups. If you are booking an accommodation facility as a group of young individuals, contact our agency before making the reservation in order to check whether the requested property allows your stay.

Location
Vintijan is a place that counts only around a hundred inhabitants. It's placed on a hill above Veruda Bay. Although it's located right next to Pula, it belongs to the Community of Medulin. Vintijan is inhabited ever since prehistoric times and this is the place of one of the largest archeological findings of a gradina (hilltop settlement founded by the Histri tribe). Thanks to the vicinity of the sea as well as the city of Pula, you can find all of the important services nearby – such as the beach, restaurants, bars and shops.
