It covers an area of 2000 m2, and in addition to complete privacy, the outdoor contains a private hydromassage pool with salt water for complete enjoyment. The beautiful outdoor kitchen with a large fireplace is perfect for family and friendly summer get-togethers. The yard is completely fenced with a suitable playground for children. The villa has three bedrooms and three bathrooms and is suitable for seven people. Decorated with charm and warmth, it leaves one breathless. It is perfect for relaxation. You can enjoy your wellness in the saunas and fitness room. It is located in Muntić, a small quiet place not far from the largest Istrian city of Pula. We recommend the Kapelan gallery, where you can see various exhibits that evoke the history of everyday life in Muntić. Nearby is the idyllic village of Kavran, which offers a beautiful view of Kvarner Bay. The nearest beach is 6 km away. Some of the properties don’t allow youth groups.
