Villa Luen is a modern holiday home located at the entrance to Pula, the largest city on the Istrian peninsula with numerous historical landmarks. The house consists of two apartments, each on its own floor, connected by an internal staircase. This is particularly attractive for two families wishing to enjoy a holiday together while still maintaining their privacy. The house has a total of 6 bedrooms and, thanks to additional beds, can accommodate up to 11 people. The sleeping arrangements include three bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two single beds that can be joined into a double bed, and two bedrooms with one single bed each. Additional beds can be placed in any room, adapting to the guests' needs. While the upper floor is somewhat more casually furnished, the lower floor exudes elegance with elements like warm sand colors and refined furniture. Both floors share perfect proportions, spaciousness, and plenty of light. This detached villa with a swimming pool also has comfortable shaded terraces that offer peace and relaxation. It is far enough from the city's hustle and bustle, yet only a few minutes' drive from the city center and the nearest beach. Some of the properties don’t allow youth groups. Due to its position many houses in this area have a nice view of Pula and its Bay. This part of the city offers all of the best parts of urban and rural living – lots of nature, hidden forest paths, bike trails etc. and proximity of all of the city benefits such as restaurants, bars, shops, good traffic connections, various events and interesting landmarks.
