It offers a comfortable and beautiful lodging and complete privacy. The well-thought designer details perfectly blend with this vacation house's modern building style. The entire interior is visually well-balanced and the decorative items mirror the appearance of the exterior. Besides the large pool, elegant wooden deck chairs, great lighting and open-space philosophy, this villa also has the tennis court and basketball playground shared with only one other house.. All of the things combined offer a totally luxurious look and impression. This modern Istrian marvel accommodates up to ten persons within its large object and meets all of the requirements of contemporary lifestyle within a countryside environment. Pool heating with heat pump on request in April, May, September and October - Extra charge €200,00 per week - weather related temperature. Some of the properties don’t allow youth groups. If you are booking an accommodation facility as a group of young individuals, contact our agency before making the reservation in order to check whether the requested property allows your stay.
