On a beautiful and spacious estate in central Istria you will find this vacation house with pool named Villa Ferlini. The house is large enough for ten guests and offers many advantages, such as complete privacy, pretty surrounding nature, many options for entertainment and leisure accompanied by all of the contemporary facilities. Enjoy the health benefits of the sauna and its relaxing effects, have fun in the playing room with a pool and soccer table, and literally dive into relaxation in the outdoor refreshing pool. The exterior allows you to choose between several seating areas – next to the pool, across the kid's playground or under a nice pergola that offers a perfect place for outdoor socializing. Pool heating with heat pump on request in April, May, September and October - Extra charge 20,00 EUR per day - weather related temperature. We offer an electric vehicle charger. The fee is 0.3 cents per kilowatt-hour (kWh) Some of the properties don’t allow youth groups. If you are booking an accommodation facility as a group of young individuals, contact our agency before making the reservation in order to check whether the requested property allows your stay.

Location
A village placed in central Istria named Ferlini is situated just a bit outside the picturesque medieval town Svetvinčenat. The distance from Ferlini and the seaside is only thirty kilometers – in the western part there is Rovinj, a beautiful town with the old Mediterranean architecture, and in the south there is Pula, the largest Istrian city. The entire area, from central to southeastern part of Istria, has numerous attractions worth visiting and experiencing, and at the same time it has a good infrastructure and supporting entertainment and gastronomical possibilities.
