With space for up to 9 + 2 guests, 4 bedrooms and additional sleeping options, the villa is an excellent choice for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing stay in Istria. The interior is bright, modern and carefully arranged to provide a pleasant holiday atmosphere. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, air-conditioned rooms, several bathrooms and all the essential amenities needed for a carefree stay. The spacious outdoor area is one of the main highlights of the villa. Guests can enjoy a large private pool, sunbathing areas, terraces and beautiful views of the surrounding landscape and the sea. The fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a shaded pergola is perfect for preparing meals outside and spending relaxed summer evenings together. A ceramic charcoal grill and a plancha grill plate are also available. Additional amenities include outdoor Bluetooth music, table tennis, extra air conditioning and various high-quality equipment features that make the stay even more comfortable. Well-behaved pets, max. 2, each up to 10 kg, are welcome with an extra cleaning charge of 170 € per pet per week. Some properties do not allow youth groups. Location
Umag and Novigrad are Istrian cities closest to the border and consequently their geographic position is a part of their lure, but surely not the only decisive factor. This is the area where culture, history, nature and gastronomy intertwine into one charming unity. Be sure not to miss the hilltop towns in the hinterland, such as Buje, Grožnjan and Višnjan. The amusement water park Istralandia is another fun way of spending your time in Istria. And, in case you didn’t know, this area is the place of supreme wines, so save time for a special attraction – Istrian Wine Roads.
