It's surrounded by nature and comes with a private pool and garden which brings feeling of a cozy and peaceful vacation. The bright, colorful and inviting interior is just as wonderful as the exterior. The open space ground floor offers a well equipped kitchen with dining room and a spacious living room with a view of the pool. The three bedrooms are all comfortably and beautifully furnished and accommodate up to eight visitors. Compared to the size of the indoor area which is just about the right family size, the rest of the property is pretty large. This ensures the much desired privacy, enjoyment and relaxation during holidays. Some of the properties don’t allow youth groups. If you are booking an accommodation facility as a group of young individuals, contact our agency before making the reservation in order to check whether the requested property allows your stay.

Location
The village Krvavići is a small settlement in the area of Marčana County and it's wonderfully situated. It's not far from the beach in Duga uvala, the airport in Valtura, nor from the largest Istrian city Pula (all in a range between 10 and 20 kilometers), yet it is in a secluded area of southern Istria with lots of greenery and paths for walking and enjoying the indigenous nature. Since Krvavići are less than a 15 minutes drive away from of Pula, all of the urban requirements are within reach – shops, malls, banks, exchange and post offices, historical landmarks, restaurants, bars and other places of entertainment. Shops, ATM machines and taverns can also be found in closer towns such as Prodol, Marčana and Vodnjan.

Tolles Haus, super gelegen
Wir, eine vierköpfige Familie mit zwei Kindern im Alter von 14 und 17 haben unseren Urlaub im Sommer 2018 dort verbracht. Unseren Retriever hatten wir natürlich auch dabei. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Sanja und Ihrer Mama begrüßt, sogar der Kühlschrank war schon mit dem Notwendigstem gefüllt. Das Haus entspricht exakt den Bildern auf der Webseite, es ist super und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und erfüllt alle Erwartungen. Die Kids hatten ihr eigenes Reich auf der ersten Etage mit zwei getrennten Schlafzimmern und zwei Badezimmern en Suite, was ihnen richtig gut gefallen hat. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich eine wirklich riesiges, komplett eingezäuntes Grundstück, perfekt für Ferien mit Hund. Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub sucht, aber trotzdem auch mal etwas unternehmen möchte, ist hier genau richtig aufgehoben. Zum Einkaufen nach Vodnjan mit dem Auto nur knapp 10 Minuten, nach Fazana oder Pula 20. Vielen Dank nochmal an Sanja und Ihre Familie
