This detached and fully fenced vacation house is consisted of three bedrooms with bathrooms, and a living room that’s right next to the kitchen and dining room. Besides lots of well-maintained greenery, the exterior of the house has an adorable pool with a sun deck, lounge areas and a dining table next to the summer kitchen. The style of the house is mainly modern with several elements that contain original Istrian building materials, which contributes to the overall authenticity of this villa. Youth groups: Not available. Pool heating with heat pump on request in April, May, September and October - Extra charge €200,00 per week - weather related temperature. Some of the properties don’t allow youth groups.
