Villa Golden Hill is an exclusive 5-star villa located in the peaceful Istrian village of Golaš, near Bale. Surrounded by nature and greenery, this contemporary villa offers a high level of privacy and discreet luxury, ideal for a relaxing stay in Istria.   The villa spans 225 m2 and has been carefully designed to combine functionality and aesthetics. The ground floor features a spacious living area filled with natural light, connected to a modern, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The open-plan layout creates a welcoming atmosphere, while direct access to the covered terrace ensures a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living.   One bedroom is located on the ground floor with direct access to the pool, while the other two elegantly designed bedrooms are on the upper floor. All bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, and TV. Large beds (200x210 cm) provide exceptional comfort, while additional beds allow flexible accommodation for families.   The outdoor area offers a complete open-air living experience.
