Charming Villa located in a small village near Rovinj! Spend your well-earned vacation in a wonderful Villa Irma with pool in Istria that can accommodate up to eight people. Enjoy the view of the sea from the privacy of your estate, even though it's 8 kilometres away. Indulge your senses while feeling the scents of surrounding nature, looking at the white Mediterrannean stone and the beautiful blue pool, all glowing under the summer sun. On the ground floor you will find the living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the upstairs there are also a kitchen and a living room and also one bedroom with bathroom. The sea is visible from the upper terrace. Some of the properties don’t allow youth groups. If you are booking an accommodation facility as a group of young individuals, contact our agency before making the reservation in order to check whether the requested property allows your stay.

Most Beautiful Summer Vacation
We are a family of 4, two kids, and we spent the most beautiful three weeks in Villa Irma during July. We absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to relax as well as to explore the entire Istria. It was perfect for us as the kids had their bit of independence (teenagers) on the ground flor while my wife and I occupied the 1st floor. Still, the villa is organized in a such a way that we felt being at all times together. Great pool, all amenities practically new, nothing was missing. The owners of the Villa are such a great couple. Easy going, friendly, helpful, and always there to give recommendations and valuable tips. We even got some home made lasagna from them (but I do not want to put a pressure on them for the future:). The villa is perfectly located within Istria, with an easy and quick reach by car or bicycle to Rovinj, Pula, Brioni and number of close-by beaches. It is 5 min. from the center of beautiful Bale and is a great base to explore the entire Istria, from Umag or Motovun to Premantura or Labin. It is located in a very peaceful and quiet part of Golas, overlooking beautiful surrounding hills and nature, with the see view from the balcony. We certainly look forward to return to this place again and soon!

Tolle und vor allem ruhige Lage.
Tolle und vor allem ruhige Lage am Rand einer kleinen Ortschaft. Das Haus entsprach der Beschreibung. Alles neu, keine Benutzungsspuren, sehr gepflegt. Darüber hinaus gab es unerwartet Meerblick in einiger Entfernung. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, problemlose Übergabe bei An- und Abreise. Durch die Anordnung der Terrassen war auch immer Schatten zu finden.
