S. Möckel / Sehr schönes sauberes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Alles ist perfekt sauber und ordentlich, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Der Kontakt zum Verwalter Stjepan (spricht fließend englisch und auch etwas deutsch) ist super nett, professionell und auch authentisch, das geht wirklich nicht besser! Innen ist alles da, was man für einen Ferienhausurlaub benötigt. Der Pool und auch das gesamte Grundstück ist ebenfalls perfekt sauber und sehr gepflegt. Man ist hier aber völlig einsam und hat keinen Nachbarn, das sollte man beachten - wer Trubel sucht, muss in Rovinj etwas weiter in der Stadt buchen. Allerdings ist man z.B. mit den vorhandenen Fahrrädern früh in 5min beim Bäcker. Kaufland, Konzum und weitere größere Supermärkte sind ebenfalls mit dem Fahrrad in 5min. zu erreichen. Tipp: bei Stjepan eine private Sunset-Bootstour buchen - traumhaft!

Schöne, gepflegte Villa, ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen denn man erreicht Rovinj in nur 3 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, vor Allem den tollen Pool. Freundliche, hilfsbereite Vermieter!
