Location
This villa is placed in Stancija Golaš. The name “stancija” comes from Italian “stanza” that means “room” and it refers to a type of rural farm complex typical for Istria. They have all of the elements of rural architecture and area organization, but differ by size from traditional villages. The surrounding area has several interesting attractions and we recommend visiting the charming medieval town Bale or the nearby Park Histria Aromatica. Although the house has a swimming pool, it would be a pity not going to the beach, and the nearest beaches are a few kilometers away, in Bale and Rovinj.

Wonderful Villa Valinka
Villa Valinka is a brand new bungalow property located along the road towards the small villages of Golas and Bale. Golas is a 15 to 20-minute ride to the center of Rovinj, the pearl of Istria''s coastal towns with a variety of boutique shops and restaurants as well as grocery stores. The Villa is indeed a four star rental house that sits on a spacious compound. Our family of 3 (villa can house up to 6 people) enjoyed the fresh and modern interior as well as the fully-furnished in- and outdoor kitchen and other areas for outdoor activities - such as lounging under the shade of trees on hammocks, walking along the property''s stone walls in the early morning or evening, football and badminton area to enjoy with kids. We loved to have sundowners at the outdoor kitchen or at its stone steps while overlooking a nearby valley. The well-maintained swimming pool is, of course, a highlight - especially for our 5-year-old son. The landlords are very friendly people and attentive to our needs and inquiries. We can definitely recommend Villa Valinka and would love to return one day.

Tolles, modernes und sehr sauberes Haus inklusive eines großen & ruhig gelegenen Grundstückes! Ein Highlight war sicherlich die separat & autark gelegene zweite Küche mit Ihrem weitem Ausblick! Das Haus selbst ist 2022 gebaut worden und erfüllte alle unsere Ansprüche an eine Urlaubsunterkunft! Vielen Dank nochmals an unsere Gastgeber

Nous connaissions le coin, mais par contre cette sublime villa moderne située en plein cœur du calme je valide à 5000%. Du calme du confort du moderne de la proximité tout y est. Déconnexion totale grâce à cette villa sa situation géographique son environnement. Non loin de la plage 15 min en voiture, du magnifique village Bâle (8min) ainsi que de la magnifique ville Rovinj (20min). Je recommande cette villa sans hésitation. À bientôt pour de nouvelles vacances.
